What Shipping Methods are available?
At Étiquette we use Australia Post for all our postage needs. For domestic postage we will ship with Australia Post Express.
Do you ship Internationally?
Definitely. All international orders will be sent using Australia Post’s Pack & Track International service.
How long does it take to receive a backorder?
Some rings unfortunately do sell out due to popularity. If a ring is purchased on backorder it can take up to 4-6 weeks till you receive your ring. Don’t worry though as we will keep you updated on the status of your ring during the waiting period.
What Payment methods are accepted?
ETIQUETTE accepts all major Credit & Debit cards including Visa, MasterCard & American Express.
How does a Coupon Code work?
If your return or exchange has been successful you will be issued a Coupon Code. A Coupon Code allows you to receive discount off the purchase amount. This code can be applied at CART stage as well as CHECKOUT. This code is valid for 12 months from date of issue.
How do I check the status of my order?
Click here to view “My Account” page and go to “My Order History”. If you are having any issues getting a status of your order or you have not received your tracking number with your purchase receipt please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number. Or go directly to the support ticket page.
How do I return or exchange an item?
For all the details on returns and exchanging rings please go to our Returns Policy. Please note that you will have to complete a Return Merchant Authorization Form for all exchanges.
What are ÉTIQUETTE rings made from?
All ETIQUETTE rings are made with premium sterling silver. To guarantee this each ring is stamped with the number 925.
What does the 925 stamp on the inside of the ring mean?
For a ring to be classified as sterling silver it has to be made with 92.5% sterling silver. The 925 stamp proves this. All ÉTIQUETTE rings have this stamp.
What is an RMA and how does it work?
An RMA stands for Return Merchandise Authorization. You will need to request one of these if there is a problem with your purchase and you require an exchange or credit note. You will find the link to request an RMA in you My Account dashboard. Please note this is only available for 7 days from the day your order is shipped. This is for both Domestic & International orders.
